Fusion Fixings Returns & Refunds Policy
All standard orders come with a 30-day refund policy. Please see our full Terms & Conditions below:
- To start a return, please contact info@fusionfixings.co.uk. It is the responsibility of the customer to return correctly supplied orders. Returns will need to be sent to the following address: Fusion Fixings, Unit 1, Baytor, Alders Way, Yalberton Industrial Estate, Paignton, TQ4 7QJ

- Returned goods must be unused, in their original condition and fit for resale.

- We are only able to accept returns and offer refunds for orders over a total value of £15.00 incl VAT.

- Returns for correctly supplied orders will be refunded for the cost of goods only. Please Note: For orders with our Free Shipping service, a shipping charge will be deducted from your refund at the standard shipping rate of £6.00 + VAT.

- In the event that we arrange collection for a correctly supplied order, an additional shipping charge will be deducted from your refund at the standard shipping rate of that specific order.

- Due to the nature of the components for sale, Fusion Fixings reserve the right to charge a 10% Re-Stocking fee for orders over the value of £200.00 ex VAT.

- If only part of the order is returned, refunds will be calculated in accordance with the final quantity of components kept and the Quantity Price Break Bracket this falls within.
Refunds
- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
