Here at Fusion Fixings, we strive to provide a service that meets the needs of a highly demanding industry. We will attempt to have all orders dispatched on a same-day basis. We offer shipping options to cater for all locations throughout the UK making use of two highly established courier services, Royal Mail & DX which hold top successful delivery results.

Delayed Shipments

Please Note: Due to a national shortage of delivery drivers we cannot guarantee advertised delivery times, however, we have selected highly reliable couriers to provide the best possible service for all our customers.

Lost In Transit Shipments

Unfortunately, although rare, unforeseen issues can occur. In the event that a shipment has been lost in transit, we will do all we can to rectify the situation and supply your goods as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Delivery Options

We aim to dispatch all orders on the same working day with a cut-off of 1pm. Please see the services available below:

Free Delivery	Receive your goods in 2-5 Working Days Available for all orders over £75.00 ex VAT. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer this service to External Zone postcodes. (Please see list below).
Large Letter Shipping (Royal Mail)	Receive your goods in 1-3 Working Days Available for orders under £25.00 ex VAT, 700g, (L) 348mm, (W) 245mm & (H) 23mm.
Standard Shipping	Receive your goods in 2-4 Working Days Unfortunately, we are unable to offer this service to External Zone postcodes. (Please see list below).
Express Shipping	Receive your goods in 1-2 Working Days Unfortunately, we are unable to offer this service to External Zone postcodes. (Please see list below).
Collect from Store	We offer our local and in-the-area customers a free click-and-collect service. You can find more information about this service at the checkout.
External Zone Standard Shipping	Receive your goods in 2-5 Working Days Available for orders under £100.00 ex VAT and going to External Zone postcodes.
External Zone Express Shipping	Receive your goods in 1-3 Working Days Available for orders going to External Zone postcodes.
